Baked Stuffed Haddock
Fresh fillet of haddock topped with crab & spinach stuffing finished with a creamy dill white wine sauce.

Beef Medallions
Tender beef medallions wrapped in smoked bacon, grilled and topped with peppercorn brandy sauce.

Buttermilk Fried Chicken
Fresh chicken breast marinated in creamy buttermilk lightly breaded, fried until golden brown and topped with traditional chicken gravy.
