would always be posted, (not read to save time) at the monthly meeting for
those members who do not have computer access.
Guild Members approved this
procedure at the October meeting.

Meeting for the 68 Hour/Food Pantry, to be given toward the Parish Thanksgiving
Dinner; the Guild Members in attendance decided to give the money to the 68
Hour/Food Pantry collection.
Announcements: Sue explained to the Members that she had
held a mini meeting on November 7th for those in attendance at a
Monday night craft meeting. She needed a vote and approval for newspaper
advertising for our Fair; those in attendance voted to spend less than $200 for
two ads placed on November 15th and November 17th. Karen
Bannister and Cheryl Riley worked together to create the ad and also made sure
a flyer was put into the November 13th Sunday parish bulletin. TY

with Betty Morin who has a committee responsible for altar linens and flowers.
